  • Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

33bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This may include requesting a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. 33bd reserves the right to close an account if a member does not cooperate.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 Age Requirement

All casino and betting activities on 33bd are available only to persons aged 21 or above. If an underage person creates an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be considered void and any deposited funds may be forfeited without refund.

Important: Use of this site by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Geographic Applicability

It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or region. Using 33bd from a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited is a breach of these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited into a 33bd account via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). When making a deposit, you must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name — funds sent from another person's wallet may not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from an account will be sent to the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

For withdrawals, preference is given to using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

33bd reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, 33bd may notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing their balance to ৳2,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning ৳10,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
  • A bonus is not "free" money under any circumstances — it is a conditional benefit.
  • Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
  • 33bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 33bd may review the account and cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Cashback

33bd has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives weekly cashback: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example — if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and betting services on the 33bd platform must be used fairly and honestly. Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for an advantage, using bots or automated programs, or attempting to collude with other members to influence outcomes are serious breaches of these Terms.

  • If a technical issue causes an error in a game result, 33bd reserves the right to correct it.
  • Bets affected by technical failures will be reviewed before a decision is made.
  • If there is an obvious error in displayed odds or information, 33bd reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on cricket, football, or any other sport, it is important to read the relevant rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned — though this may vary according to the specific service's terms.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Grounds for Account Suspension

33bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or attempted fraud.
  • Using bots or automated tools.
  • Transferring an account to a third party.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Guarantee

33bd services are provided on an "as is" basis. 33bd is not liable for losses caused by server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party software failures. No guarantee is given that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 33bd's total liability for any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss beyond gaming losses is limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.
